Construction management services were provided to the Rye City School District relating to infrastructure projects. The work was completed at the Rye High School and the Osborne Elementary School.
Space was captured at Rye High School and converted to educational space. Other work included: window replacement, roofing, HVAC upgrades, and gym upgrades. At the Osborne School, window wall systems were replaced.
Savin assisted with owner’s representative services in the construction of a new science wing addition at the high school.
A four phase project includes athletic improvements, security, envelope reconstruction and renovations to infrastructure.
