Savin Engineers working as a subconsultant to CCDZ is providing Construction Inspection services for Metro-North Commuter Railroad on the construction of high level platforms and improvements to parking lots at Patterson, Pawling, Harbor Valley/Wingdale and Dover Plains stations along the Harlem Line.

Savin personnel are responsible for overseeing and inspecting footings, drainage pipes, excavation and grading of parking lots and the construction of platforms with reinforced concrete. All inspections are performed in accordance with the standards set forth by the engineer and the Metro-North Commuter Railroad. Savin personnel also coordinated the daily flagging operation with the railroad for all construction activities in close proximity to active tracks.
