Covering nearly all Port Authority facilities, Savin engineers is providing as needed construction management services including but not limited to construction inspection, office engineering and cost estimating services. These services were performed for the Bus Terminal, Holland Tunnel, Outerbridge Crossing, Port Newark/Port Elizabeth, Holland Hook and Journal Square facilities to name a few. Most assignments were given on very short notice and required experienced personnel acceptable to the Authority.
