This project involved the replacement of four existing canal lock gate operators with new hydraulic operators and associated electrical, HVAC and structural work. Savin provided structural design services including:

Design of trenches including checkered plate covering system, rebar modifications and concrete encasement details; design of concrete encasements for hydraulic and electrical conduit installed within the canal lock; concrete repair, sidewalks and other miscellaneous structural details.

Savin also performed shop drawing review for this
project.
