Savin Engineers, P.C. provided design and administrative services to the East Quogue Union Free School District for the replacement of their existing boilers at East Quogue Elementary School that were beyond their life expectancy.

A fast track program was established to design, receive SED approval and implement the work in a 4 month period. This required assisting the district in pre-purchase of the equipment while the final design and approval took place.
