Whether it is capital planning, facility conditions evaluations, wastewater treatment process studies, design, or construction management, Savin has the capability and experience in providing clients with sound and fiscally responsible solutions. Wastewater projects have included features including: collection and pumping systems, SSOs and CSOs, treatment plants, advanced nutrient removal, disinfection, and outfall design.
 
Savin has been involved in solid waste facilities since the early 1990s. Our portfolio of accomplishments includes solid waste transfer stations, leachate collection systems, capping, passive and active gas collection systems, and all associated stormwater control design features.
 
To complement our design group, our in-house licensed operations staff can provide start-up assistance, operator training, and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals. Whether it be operating a 30 gallon per minute innovative treatment process pilot facility, or providing hands on assistance with facilities treating more than 120 million gallons per day, Savin has the capability to meet our client’s needs.
