Savin provided construction management services to the Pelham Public School District for a $27.6 million capital improvement and building project that included additions and renovations at the Middle and High School as well as renovation work at the district's four elementary schools. Construction at the Middle School included a three story, 63,000 square foot addition consisting of classrooms, science labs, and a new gymnasium. Renovations at the High School included new science labs, networking upgrades, expansion of the cafeteria, and the creation of a foreign language lab, choral room and theatre arts room.

As more needs arose, Savin was retained once again to assist the district with the planning and implementation of a $24 million capital improvement project that included upgrades and renovations at the High School, electrical service upgrades at the district's four elementary schools and roof replacements An energy performance project has also been integrated with the capital projects.
