Savin has provided Construction Management services to the North Shore Central School District located on Long Island for over 10 years. The scope of work throughout the years has included additions and renovations of various projects throughout the North Shore School District. The Sea Cliff Elementary School project included demolition and a complete gut renovation of an 80-year old building on an extremely tight site. After completion, the building is now a modern, state-of- the-art facility with the charm of a traditional school building. Other projects completed include a Bus Garage & Maintenance Facility, Boiler Replacements, classroom expansion at the Middle School and High School, HVAC upgrades, and masonry and roof reconstruction and restoration. An energy performance project has been integrated with the infrastructure work.
