Savin field crews conducted over 900,000 LF of flow isolation on a manhole to manhole basis. All flow isolation was done between midnight and 6 a.m., during minimum flow hours, and according to the standards and guidelines set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.

Savin Engineers also inspected over 4,500 manholes. Entry type inspections were conducted, evaluating the structural condition, estimating the flow, identifying the location and the size of the defects. The inspection also included detailed sketches of the location.
