Infiltration Investigation: The infiltration investigation required physical inspection of 6 regulators, 695 manhole inspections, and over 500 portable weir installations. The sewer interceptor was also inspected requiring bypass pumping. Over 25 miles of sewer was inspected with remote TV equipment and by manual walk-through.

Inflow Investigation: Eight continuous flow monitors were installed. Dyed water tracing and flooding was performed at 25 locations. Approximately 140 samples were taken and analyzed.

Water Wastage: The water wastage study included 25 manhole inspections and 100 weir installations with plugging.

Tidal Inflow Study: The tidal study involved groundwater gauge installation and monitoring for 18 weeks at 2 locations.
