Based on our performance of at other OGS facilities, Savin was engaged to conduct internal CCTV inspection of approximately 5,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer at the Manhattan Psychiatric Center. By working closely with facility staff, Savin was able to overcome the challenges of working at the high-security facility and the rigorous procedures for entering and exiting the grounds on a daily basis.

Because the facility was active and the patients were in close proximity to the inspection operations, Savin instituted stringent procedures to protect all parties.
