Savin is providing Construction Management services throughout the Monticello School District. Services include EXCEL renovation projects and energy performance upgrades.

Projects were phased to care for early needs including oil tank replacements. Work included in an energy performance agreement are being integrated with infrastructure improvements.

Other projects include boiler replacement, technology upgrades, fire alarm replacement and science improvements.
